Rotation Switch Ex , Type MBA 2.2 og 2.3

Application: Rotation switches are the most common type of level switch for solids. The switch has a paddle that is rotated, via a gear, by an electric motor. When the paddle is covered by the product, the motion is slowed and this results in a contact signal.

MBA 200, Rotation Switch , Type MBA 200

Diaphragm switch , Type MBA 100

Application: : The diaphragm switch is a mechanical level switch for solid bulk material. When the material contacts the diaphragm seal, the pressure on this activates a microswitch, which can trigger an electrical signal.
* No power supply.
* Wetted parts in stainless steel.
* No calibration / adjustment necessary.

MBA 700, Vibration switch , Type MBA 700

Application: Vibration switches are fitted with a paddle that vibrates at a defined frequency in the air. When the paddle is covered by the product the vibration is damped, resulting in an electrical contact signal.
* Simple installation
* Also suitable for light materials.
* Available for both AC and DC power supplies.

MBA 369, Submersible pressure transmitter, Type MBA 369

Application:A sensor weight is lowered into the silo via a motor-driven belt. As the weight reaches the product, the measuring band slackens, thereby reversing the motor and hoisting the weight up again to rest position. The belt length used is measured via a measuring wheel and an inductive sensor.
* Suitable for tall silos.
