Dear Customers and Suppliers.

We are writing to inform you that we are currently changing our ERP system. There are several reasons why we are switching. One of them is because, our current system is 24 years old and can no longer keep up with the digital journey. By upgrading our ERP system to Business Central, we see several advantages. For example, it will give us the opportunity to integrate our various processes across departments, which will streamline the way we work.

 

Timetable for switching to BC:

  • Week 10. From 6 March onwards: Training of employees.
  • Week 13. From Monday 27 to Friday 31 March: inventory count and transfer of data to BC system. It is not possible to have goods delivered.
  • Week 14. Monday 3 april: Go live in Business Central.

Please note that we have made the change during Easter week, in the hope of as little inconvenience as possible for our customers and suppliers.

 

Due to the change and the training of the employees, we can currently be challenged on our delivery times. However, we will do our best to accommodate any delays as quickly as possible, and we ask for your understanding and patience. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

If you have an urgent order that is vital for your production, we can always find a solution. Contact your respective seller, who will take care of your order.
